Refund Policy
Overview
At GatherFast (operated by AJMAL HAKEEM BIN JAMAL), purchases use a usage-based credit system. Each credit is consumed when we generate or deliver data for you. This policy explains how refunds are calculated and handled.
Free Trial Credit
All new users receive 1 free credit upon signup so you can test the service before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under these conditions:
- 14-day window: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Unused credits only: Refunds apply only to credits that are unused at the time of your request.
- Prorated by remaining credits: Any refund is calculated based on the unused credits remaining, not the original purchase amount.
- Consumed credits are fulfilled services: Credits already used to generate or deliver data are non-refundable because the digital service has been provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Credits already consumed to generate or deliver data
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@listfa.st with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email and purchase date
- Provide a brief explanation of your refund request
- Include your order/transaction ID if available
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds are calculated using the unused credit balance at the time of your request.
Partial Refunds
If you have used some credits, any refund is partial and prorated based on the remaining unused credits.
Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire. You can use them at any time without worrying about losing your investment.
Payment Processor
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
