1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GatherFast (operated by AJMAL HAKEEM BIN JAMAL), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GatherFast provides automated directory listing generation services. Our service allows you to generate local business listings based on location and category criteria. Each credit generates up to 10 listings in CSV format containing business information such as name, category, rating, address, phone, website, and other relevant data.
3. User Accounts and Credits
You must create an account to use GatherFast. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
New users receive 1 free credit upon signup. Additional credits are purchased through our payment processor. Credits do not expire and remain valid on your account until used.
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By purchasing credits, you agree to the processor's terms of service and payment policies.
Prices for credits are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change. All sales are in USD unless otherwise specified.
5. Refund Policy
Purchases use a usage-based credit system. Each credit is consumed when we generate or deliver data for you.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and apply only to unused credits at the time of your request. Any refund is prorated based on the remaining unused credits. Credits already used to generate or deliver data are non-refundable because the digital service has been provided.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
- Use automated means to access the service beyond normal usage
- Resell or redistribute data without proper licensing
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Data Usage and Accuracy
GatherFast provides business listing data on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current. Users are responsible for verifying any data before use.
Upon generating data with your credits, you are granted full commercial rights to the generated listings. You may use, modify, redistribute, or resell the data for any lawful purpose without restriction. However, you acknowledge that the underlying data may be publicly available and not exclusive to you.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information to provide and improve our service. We collect account information (email, name), payment information (processed by our payment processor), and usage data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property
The GatherFast service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GatherFast and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GatherFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of GatherFast after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
